Software Sales training (original content in Bulgarian)

Type of project: Client project for Novitska Consult – a business consultant, specializing in software sales.

Project goal: The primary goal is to introduce people with limited or no sales experience to key concepts around sales in the IT industry. A secondary goal is to offer learners a glimpse into Novitska Consult’s expertise and approach.

Instructional design approach: The training consists of three very short modules. They cover three of the topics that interest aspiring sales people the most: entering a new market, closing a deal and common mistakes. Each module is a blend of short video segments with the instructor introducing the topic, followed by animated explainer videos that offer real-life examples and practical tips.

My role: I was the Instructional Designer and E-learning Developer for this project. I worked with Ekaterina Novitska as the SME and Stefan Stefanov as the videographer.

Tools: The project is developed using Articulate Storyline 3, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, and Adobe After Effects.
